Terms of Service

By signing up for WhatRev, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

WhatRev is a subscription service owned and operated by High Propel Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. that sends daily Shopify store performance reports to your WhatsApp number. The service requires you to connect your Shopify store via OAuth and optionally connect Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate Shopify store to use WhatRev. WhatRev is intended for individual store owners and small teams, not for resale or white-labelling.

3. Free trial and subscription

• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
• After the trial, a subscription of ₹499/month is required to continue receiving reports.
• Additional WhatsApp numbers can be added for ₹99/month each.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.

4. Your data and connected accounts

• By connecting your Shopify store, you authorise WhatRev to read order and return data on your behalf.
• By connecting Meta Ads, you authorise WhatRev to read ad spend data via the Meta Marketing API.
• By connecting Google Ads, you authorise WhatRev to access your Google Ads account data via the Google Ads API. Your use of the Google Ads integration is also subject to the Google Ads API Terms of Service.
• You may disconnect any account at any time by contacting us at hello@whatrev.com.
• We do not modify your Shopify store, Meta account, or Google Ads account in any way.

5. Accuracy of reports

WhatRev fetches data directly from Shopify, Meta, and Google APIs. We are not responsible for inaccuracies that result from delays in third-party API data, timezone differences, or changes in how those platforms report data. The reports are for informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions.

6. Intellectual property

WhatRev and all associated software, designs, trademarks, and content are the exclusive property of WhatRev and its operators. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use WhatRev's name, logo, or branding without prior written permission. Your store data remains your property at all times.

7. Prohibited use

• You may not use WhatRev to monitor stores you do not own or have explicit permission to monitor.
• You may not resell, sublicence, or white-label WhatRev without written permission.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the WhatRev service.
• You may not use WhatRev in violation of any applicable law or the terms of any connected third-party platform (Shopify, Meta, or Google).

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. WhatRev reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if continued operation of your account poses a risk to the service or other users. Upon termination, your OAuth tokens are revoked and your data is deleted within 30 days.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WhatRev and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Limitation of liability

WhatRev is provided "as is". We are not liable for any business decisions made based on the reports we deliver, or for any service interruption. Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last 30 days.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via WhatsApp if we make material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
